Some people say they used to run but now their knees can't take it.  Or they have foot, ankle, lower back, or hip problems.  They say their injuries are because of running.  Some people would like to start running but they say they can't take the pounding.

With ChiRunning and ChiWalking we can learn to move more efficiently with proper alignment and relaxation.  In this way, we can walk and run with less impact.  This can help us prevent injuries.
